

How it Works
In order to achieve your goals we will have an initial 60 minutes fitness consultation in person, at the gym or online via video call. That will give me the opportunity of understanding your fitness goals, needs, lifestyle habits and diet. In the other hand, you will also get to know me and decide if I am the right Personal Trainer and coach for you.
Lifestyle and Nutrition

Lifestyle accounts for a greatest part of our fitness journey. We can workout, but if the lifestyle we have isn't match the work we put on at the gym ( believing a 100% work is put in each session) then the results can be delayed. For this reason you will be coached on a weekly basis so we can ensure to spot any flaws on the journey so the best results can be achieved.
70% of weight loss comes from nutrition so I will help you with how you can eat in order to achieve your fitness goals.
Health Assessment and
Fitness Testing

In order to make an effective programme, we will need to process a few fitness tests to assess your current health and fitness levels. A programme differs person to person as age, gender, body type and lifestyle varies. ​
I will be testing: Resting Heart Rate, Resting Blood Pressure, Height/Weight, Body Composition (Body fat/Skeletal muscle/Water) Visceral Fat, BMR (Basic Metabolic Rate), Cardiorespiratory fitness, Cardiorespiratory recovery rate, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Posture.
Programme

I will provide a 4 week programme that can then be extended to how long you would like to workout for and based on the fitness goals to be achieved.
1 - 2 - 1 Personal Training

In our one to one sessions we will be providing coaching for every exercise throughout the session providing cues and explanations that will ensure you understand why exercises are programmed and just so correct technique and posture are applied at all times.
